⚠️ Important Shipping Information
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
All packages are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage (if applicable) and we'll file a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund will be processed once the claim is approved.
Delivery Attempts
If you're not home during delivery, the carrier will usually leave a card with collection details. For high-value items requiring signature, multiple delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to us.
PO Boxes
We can ship to PO Boxes via Australia Post services only. Express Post and courier services cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address for expedited shipping options.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order and before we begin processing. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your address.
Can I collect my order in person?
We currently operate as an online-only store and do not offer in-person collection. All orders must be shipped to your nominated address.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
For standard post, a card will be left for collection at your local post office. For registered items requiring signature, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold at a local depot for collection.
How are pre-orders shipped?
Pre-orders are shipped as soon as we receive stock, typically on or shortly after the official release date. You'll receive tracking information once your pre-order ships.
