Why We Have This Policy
At Chase Hunters, we specialize in trading card games and collectibles. Due to the unique nature of our products, we have implemented a strict no returns or exchanges policy to protect both our customers and our business.
Our Primary Concerns:

Product Tampering: Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee it hasn't been opened, resealed, or tampered with in any way.

Card Switching: Valuable cards could be replaced with less valuable ones before return.

Customer Protection: We cannot risk selling a potentially tampered product to another customer.

Market Integrity: Maintaining the authenticity and integrity of all products in our store.
What This Means For You
Once your order has been shipped, it CANNOT be:
- ❌ Returned for a refund
- ❌ Exchanged for a different product
- ❌ Cancelled after shipping
- ❌ Refunded for change of mind
This policy applies to ALL products without exception, including but not limited to:
- Sealed products (booster boxes, packs, starter decks)
- Graded cards (slabs)
- Single cards
- Accessories
- Pre-orders
- Special or limited edition items

Please ensure you are 100% certain about your purchase before completing your order:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we do not accept returns, we take responsibility for our mistakes and shipping damage:
We WILL provide assistance if:
- ✅ You received the wrong item
- ✅ Your item arrived damaged due to shipping
- ✅ Your item is defective (manufacturing defect only)
- ✅ Your order is missing items
To report these issues:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos of the issue
- Do NOT open sealed products
- Keep all packaging materials
Note: Opening sealed products voids any possibility of assistance, even for shipping damage.
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-orders follow the same no returns policy with additional considerations:
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed
- Release dates are estimates and may change
- Payment is required at time of order
- Products will ship when available from our suppliers
Order Cancellation
⏰ Limited Cancellation Window:
Orders may ONLY be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement and ONLY if the order has not been processed for shipping.
To request cancellation, contact us immediately at info@chasehunters.com.au with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation will be possible.
Customer Agreement
By placing an order with Chase Hunters, you acknowledge and agree that:

- 📌 You will not initiate chargebacks for change of mind
- 📌 You have verified all order details before purchase
- 📌 You understand that opened products cannot be returned for any reason
