Why We Have This Policy

At Chase Hunters, we specialize in trading card games and collectibles. Due to the unique nature of our products, we have implemented a strict no returns or exchanges policy to protect both our customers and our business.

Our Primary Concerns:

  • Product Tampering: Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee it hasn't been opened, resealed, or tampered with in any way.
  • Card Switching: Valuable cards could be replaced with less valuable ones before return.
  • Customer Protection: We cannot risk selling a potentially tampered product to another customer.
  • Market Integrity: Maintaining the authenticity and integrity of all products in our store.

What This Means For You

Once your order has been shipped, it CANNOT be:

  • ❌ Returned for a refund
  • ❌ Exchanged for a different product
  • ❌ Cancelled after shipping
  • ❌ Refunded for change of mind

This policy applies to ALL products without exception, including but not limited to:

  • Sealed products (booster boxes, packs, starter decks)
  • Graded cards (slabs)
  • Single cards
  • Accessories
  • Pre-orders
  • Special or limited edition items

Before You Purchase

Please ensure you are 100% certain about your purchase before completing your order:

  • Read all product descriptions carefully
  • Check product images thoroughly
  • Verify the correct product variant/edition
  • Confirm your shipping address is correct
  • Contact us if you have ANY questions before ordering

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns, we take responsibility for our mistakes and shipping damage:

We WILL provide assistance if:

  • ✅ You received the wrong item
  • ✅ Your item arrived damaged due to shipping
  • ✅ Your item is defective (manufacturing defect only)
  • ✅ Your order is missing items

To report these issues:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Include clear photos of the issue
  4. Do NOT open sealed products
  5. Keep all packaging materials

Note: Opening sealed products voids any possibility of assistance, even for shipping damage.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders follow the same no returns policy with additional considerations:

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed
  • Release dates are estimates and may change
  • Payment is required at time of order
  • Products will ship when available from our suppliers

Order Cancellation

⏰ Limited Cancellation Window:

Orders may ONLY be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement and ONLY if the order has not been processed for shipping.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately at info@chasehunters.com.au with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation will be possible.

Customer Agreement

By placing an order with Chase Hunters, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • 📌 You will not initiate chargebacks for change of mind
  • 📌 You have verified all order details before purchase
  • 📌 You understand that opened products cannot be returned for any reason
